What Happened

Scope	Custodial passes to organize the MixBox repository, March–April 2026.
Method	Move-only quarantine of historical clutter into obsolete/; no code deletions.
Triage	Initial clutter map fixing the starting state and quarantine targets; files whose archival decision needed further human review flagged separately; moved artifacts logged — e.g. source backups and ad-hoc CLI patches.
Validation	pytest plus the rotation quality gate (rotation_quality_gate.py), aiming to prove zero regressions after the moves.
